Rohit Gadre leads BNEF’s solar sector research for India. His focus is on analyzing market trends, policies and companies’ strategies to provide strategic insights on the sector. Rohit also covers renewables’ financing for India, with in-depth analysis of green bonds and major M&A deals.

Rohit previously worked as a consultant with DNV GL Singapore advising regulators, government agencies, utilities, developers and credit ratings agencies on regional electricity markets, energy policies and energy efficiency standards.

Rohit holds an MSc in the Economics and Policy of Energy and the Environment from University College London and B.E. in Environmental Engineering from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore.
