Mr. Rajiv Agarwal is working in EIL as  Director (Technical) with various divisions of Technical Directorate under his supervision like, Process design / Research and Development / Environment, Water and Safety & Sustainability / SMMS and entire Engineering.

He graduated from IIT Roorkee in 1988. He has a vast and varied experience in process design in the areas of Refining, Petrochemicals, Gas processing, Utilities and Offsites.  He has led design of mega refining and petrochemicals complexes and worked with all major oil sector companies and major global technology licensors on several projects.  He is also leading R&D division with focus areas on Green Hydrogen and other sunshine areas.
