Dr. Sudeep Maheshwari is a Partner at Kearney based in Mumbai. He has more than 15 years of experience working with O&G and chemical clients across US and India on topics of sustainability, growth strategy, M&A, and large-scale organization transformation.

He has deep expertise on sustainability topics such as Biofuels, Green Chemicals, Clean hydrogen, where he has supported multiple Indian and global clients in developing their decarbonization journey and building new sustainable businesses. He has authored several key thought pieces on these topics that have been released in India and Globally.

Sudeep is a chemical engineer with undergraduate from IIT-Bombay and PhD from University of Minnesota. He worked for Schlumberger in US prior to joining Kearney. Sudeep is passionate about mentoring young professional and is a strong believer in compassionate and inclusive leadership style to create high performance teams.
