Responsible for Business development, Contract & Commercial management of i.e. POL, LPG, O&M segment in India
Responsible as a management Team Member for setting up new POL, LPG, Chemicals & Port based Infrastructure & Small scale Natural Gas facilities, M&A in India, as a part of strategic & sustainable business Growth.
Business development – Part of strategic group for Key account management of PSU’s & provide sector Oil & Gas companies i.e. IOC, BPC, HPCL, ONGC, ISPRIL, RIL, SHELL,MRPL , CPCL & Operating Port companies in India
Corporate Relationship - Establishing and maintaining company’s corporate relationship with MOPNG, PNGRB, CII, FICCI, OISD, MOEF, PESO and various Oil & Gas domain related statutory authorities, Secretariats, professional bodies to ensure compliance management & sustainable growth of business.
Corporate Governance -Streamlining and constantly improving on Business Practices in rapidly changing & challenging business environment to comply with business values, company laws and regulations.
Project Financials -Review of Capex / Investment Proposal and obtaining the management & Board approvals. Financial planning for all operating terminals & adherence of Year Plan to ensure profitability of business.
Audits & Assurances- Supervising a plan for conducting the periodical inspection & Operations / Safety / Finance audits of Operating terminals as per IOT‘s Safety standards & Statutory compliances under applicable Laws, Rule’s & Regulations & OISD – NFPA
People- Talent acquisition & Gap assessment, Succession planning, coaching & development of people, Performance management & feed forward.
