Executive Director - Chief Corporate Finance, ONGC: Handled varied assignments such as Direct Tax, Indirect Tax, Policy Matters, Investors Relations, Corporate Budget & Project Appraisal, and Bidding for NELP and DSF Blocks.

2012-2020                                                        

Incharge Finance in ONGC projects located in Jorhat (Assam) & Mumbai (Maharashtra) and Head Corporate Tax at Dehradun (Uttarakhand):  led various new policy initiatives including Tax optimization; Implementation of GST for Offshore; Cost optimization in Offshore works and Tax efficiency in contract structure; Review of Delegation of Powers; Digitization of Vendor Invoice management; Rationalization of roles and responsibilities for expeditious payment process and centralization of finance functions at work centres; Optimization of manpower requirement and Uniformity in processes.

1990 – 2012                                                     

Handled responsibilities in diversified roles at Dehradun, Mumbai, Assam and Baroda. Also, handled wage negotiations of ONGC employees as part of HR team.
